Nowadays, People have become so careless that they are only running after money, and they are neglecting their health. They are stuck with their phones, laptops, computers, and many other electronic gadgets.
Tell me, a person who is living wherever in the world whether in America, Paris, London, Canada or India, "What is the biggest achievement in his life ?” Some would suggest — name, fame, money, and so on.... But my dear nothing will be the biggest achievement in your life if you are healthy. If you are unhealthy then you are not wealthy at all. If I ask a question, “How many of you want to be healthy ?” then your answer will be, "Come on ! Who wants to be unhealthy.... Of course, we all want to be healthy.”
Now, another question arises in my mind, "How many of you do exercises and yoga for being healthy because these two things play a vital role in the life of a healthy person ?” I think only 20% - 30% People will raise their hands because others want to be healthy, but they don't want to do hard work, they don't want to be sweaty. Again, one more question strikes in my mind, "How many people are regular with their physical activities ?” Only & Only 5% - 10% people will be able to say, "yes” because others don't have time to give some time to their body, they have to do their jobs, daily routine works, and many other things. When the doctor would say that either do something yourself or else God would do something then we would be aware of our health, we would realize that we should eat a balanced diet, do some exercises and yoga, should sleep at the right time, should not always stick with electronic gadgets.
So now, you have planned to wake up at 6 a.m. tomorrow in the morning. You go to your bed and set the alarm, making your mind to wake up early, and go for a walk and exercises. It's 10 o'clock, and you are turning left & right repeatedly. Suddenly, you hear the voice of your favorite character on TV. You get up and forget all about your plan of waking up early. You come back after watching TV, it's 12 o'clock. Now, you start making your first excuse that it's impossible to wake up at 6 o'clock, it's too late to sleep. Your mind is just like a tree which is having so many branches and here those branches are your excuses. You've sent a negative signal to your mind, now it would create thousands of more excuses to make it more difficult. Slowly — Slowly more excuses would come in your mind like *I have tried so many times before, but there's no benefit, still nothing is going to happen. *Even before I've tried once to get up at 6 a.m., I was up but my eyes were not open & my left leg got hurt by the door, and I can still feel that pain. *If I wake up early in the morning then I would feel sleepy in the office , so it's better to take sleep rather than waking up early. Another excuse would come like *An article in the newspaper came which was writing that 7 – 8 hours sleep is mandatory for a healthy person. Now, an amazing thought strikes in your mind that you should change the time of alarm from 6 o'clock to 7 o'clock just because there is not much more difference in an hour, you would do a little less today. So here are some common excuses which everyone makes at least once a time in your whole life for doing physical activities as they need strength and power.
Let's know about the solutions — *When you are about to lie on your bed, make yourself remember that no matter how late you lie down at night, it's easy for you to wake up early in the morning. Now, your negative side would force you to not to accept that it's easy to wake up early. You would have to repeat “It's easy” until that negative thought flies away. You are thinking positive, now your mind would make thousands of reasons to make it easy like *Even before you got up at 4 a.m. to catch the train without alarm or even before the alarm sounded, you've woken up. *Some more wonderful excuses would come like : No matter if I feel sleepy in the office, I would drink 2 - 3 cups of coffee extra & slowly-slowly , I would become habitual of it but I would wake up early in the morning. *One more excuse would be : If the train leaves once, I would catch it again but from where would I bring back such a body again. So, always try to overcome the difficult situations. Whatever is the root of your problems in your life, you have to throw the root out of your life. At last, I would say to keep your body clean & healthy and it is not a big deal for anyone, it just needs a little time from your busy schedule. Be healthy, Be happy !
